Our Mission
SuperMemo is a method and software based on long-term memory research. It pioneered spaced repetition (SRS), a learning technique that incorporates increasing intervals of time between subsequent review of previously learned material.
The Algorithm
The SM-18 algorithm is the result of over 30 years of research by Dr. Piotr Wozniak. It optimizes the timing of reviews to minimize the time spent on learning while maximizing retention.
